What is Priority Service and how fast is it?
Priority Service is our while-you-wait servicing option when you’re short on time. In most cases, it’s completed in about an hour (some vehicles may take longer). You can relax in our lounge with a coffee, watch TV, or browse the showroom while we service your car.
Do you offer courtesy cars?
Yes; we offer complimentary courtesy vehicles (subject to availability). This can help you stay mobile while your vehicle is being serviced or inspected.
Can you do log book servicing without affecting my new car warranty?
Yes. Our log book services are carried out to manufacturer specifications to comply with your vehicle’s warranty requirements, using quality parts and fully synthetic oil. You’ll also receive our 6 month or 10,000 km service guarantee.
What is included in a standard car service?
A standard service typically includes an engine oil and filter change, safety inspection, fluid
level checks, tyre and brake inspection, and a general mechanical health check.
What types of vehicles do you service?
We service passenger vehicles, performance vehicles, SUVs, and 4x4s across most makes and models.
What other maintenance work can you do during a service?
We cover everything from minor fixes to major repairs; including brakes, suspensions, cooling systems, fuel injection, exhausts, transmission issues, electrical faults, and air conditioning
Do you have a service warranty or guarantee?
Yes. Our services include a 6 month or 10,000 km warranty/guarantee (depending on the service type). Log book servicing is also backed by our service guarantee.
Will servicing my car void my warranty?
No. As long as the vehicle is serviced according to the manufacturer’s schedule and quality
parts and fluids are used, your new car warranty remains intact.
Do I have to service my car at the dealership?
No. You are free to choose an independent, qualified repairer. Dealership servicing is not
mandatory to maintain warranty.
How long does a car service take?
Most standard services take between 1.5 and 3 hours. Major services or repairs may take
longer depending on the work required.
